Demonstration & teaching of classical Asanas, Surya Namaskara, Yoga nidra, Pranayama and Meditation.
4. Surya Namaskara Series
Classical sun salutation comprising of 12 steps and its variations.
5. Pranayama
To regulate the flow of Prana (life force) through proper breathing and control the subtle energy within the body and ultimately attain a mindless state.
Knowledge of basic Asanas is a must.
6. Meditation

7. Stress Managment

General Guidelines
- Never practice Yoga after a meal.
- Never practice asanas after a long period of sun bath.
- Comfortable clothing should be worn while practicing Yoga.
- Some of the programs are not suitable for the very aged (above 70 yrs), BP and heart patients and pregnant / menstruating woman. If you have previous medical history of heart disease, blood pressure, please confirm your consultation.
